Privacy statement
This statement sets out which personal data efluxer.energy processes, what for, and what rights you have. It covers this website and the contact that follows from it.

Who is responsible
EFLUXER™ is a brand of EPOWER™, part of Platinumstar-Capital Holding B.V., established in the Netherlands. That holding is still to be registered and therefore does not yet have a Chamber of Commerce number. Operations run from Eindhoven.
Questions about your data go to info@efluxer.energy.
What we process
When you get in touch we process what you provide yourself: your name, your email address, and whatever else you put in your message, such as your company name, your telephone number and the type of project.
The website itself collects nothing. There is no visitor analytics, no advertising script and no file loaded from any third party. The web server keeps the usual log lines with an IP address, for security and fault analysis.
What we use them for
To answer your question and hold the conversation you asked for. Nothing else. We send no newsletter, we sell no data and we link nothing to third-party profiles.
The lawful basis is your own request: without a message from you there is nothing to process.
How long we keep them
We keep correspondence for as long as it takes to handle your question, and after that for as long as our administrative retention obligations require. Ask us to delete it and we delete whatever we are not legally required to keep.
Who else sees your data
The website runs on the hosting infrastructure of Mijndomein, which is therefore the technical processor. Email for this domain runs through the same party.
Beyond that EFLUXER shares your data with no one, unless the law requires it.
Your rights
You may see what data we hold about you, have it corrected, have it deleted, have the processing restricted, and object. Send a message to info@efluxer.energy and we will deal with it.
If you disagree with how we handle that, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
Changes
If the website changes, or the way we process data changes, this statement changes with it. The date at the top says when that last happened. This version dates from 31 August 2026.
